Joe recently arrived at The Martin Group after a successful 28 year tenure as President of River Drive Construction Company, based in Elmwood Park. RDC was the develop­ment and construction division of his family’s engineering firm. Langan and its princi­pals successfully built and managed construction of over $200,000,000 of projects rang­ ing from commercial offices to healthcare, science and technology, and multifamily housing. Joseph has co-promoted and co-developed over $75,000,000 in commercial real estate projects.

Project Experience includes:

• River Walk Phase I & II – Elmwood Park, NY, Four-story mixed use building with 56

residential units & 15,000 sq.ft. of retail space

• Colonial Pointe – Franklin Lakes, NJ, Two newly constructed buildings with

87 residential units

• Point Grande Plaza – Elizabeth, NJ Retail plaza with various leases

• Riverwalk Commons – Red Bank, NJ 24 unit luxury apartment building
